Practice:
- 8 GIs and 5 APPs - 6 of the GIs perform ERCP and we are recruiting an additional GI also to do ERCP
- 3 hospitals (Greensburg, Latrobe, and Frick), two surgical centers, and 4 outpatient clinics
- The incoming GI will go between two outpatient clients and be at one hospital a day
- The call is 1:7, with APPs taking the first call and physicians the second call, except Sundays
- APPs also assist with hospital rounding and outpatient follow-ups
Compensation:
- 2-year income guarantee plus signing and quality incentive bonuses, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment
- Paid medical/dental/vision and life insurance and group LTD; 401(k) Retirement with match up to 4%
- 30 Days of ATO (including holidays)
