Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of The Delta Companies, identifies qualified Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Allied Health, and Therapist on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. - Salary: $650K fully negotiable base guarantee first year
- Partnership track: Year 1 buy-into practice and surgical center.
- Paid: Malpractice insurance, licensing fees, medical society dues
- Health Insurance: Paid with long term disability.
- PTO: 4 weeks + all paid holidays (Year 1 then accrues)
- CME: 10 days per year
- Loan repayment: Paid by hospital guaranteed.
- Profit Sharing
- No revenue sharing.
- Call 1:4-1:5 shared.
- Clinic Day: 20 PPD / Surgical Center Day: 17 PPD
- Our local hospital foundation offers the option for student loan repayment.
- The salary we pay is simple and straightforward - the agreed-upon amount divided monthly. There are no sub-components to the compensation (production, quality/patient satisfaction).
- We are a completely independent private practice - where there is no revenue sharing with private equity companies, hospital system, or anyone else. We control our own operations, craft our own practice, and value physician autonomy.
- We offer REAL and EARLY practice ownership and partnership. The practice buy-in is manageable and equal partnership is offered during the buy-in period (We have a much lower buy-in than larger practices in larger metro areas)
- Physicians are welcome to live where they choose, no set distance parameters.
