**Two Gastroenterology opportunities in Mason City, Iowa**
Located in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa - 80 miles from Waterloo, IA
*Base of 553K + production incentive + call pay = 800K potential*
**Position Details:**
~ Full-time, permanent position
~ FLSA Status: Exempt
~ General and ERCP GI candidates welcome to apply
~ Candidates must be BE/BC
~ Current group: 1 Gastroenterologist and 1 Nurse Practitioner
~ Inpatient/Outpatient mix
~ Call schedule: 1:2 Mon-Thurs, weekend call picked up by another group
~ Call pay at 425/day
~ ASC investment opportunity
**Retirement**
~ 401k - the clinic has a 1 year waiting period before this benefit begins.
~ Then, if the provider is making at least 290,000 per year, calculate that by .14820408 for what the clinic will put in for benefits that year.
~ The IRS max for 2021 is 58k.
~ Therefore, the clinic will contribute 42,979.18 to the plan and the physician would contribute 15,020.82 in order to have contributed the max of 58k.
