*465-bed regional referral center in Ashland, Kentucky, is presenting a lucrative opportunity for a board eligible/certified gastroenterologist.*

- 465-bed medical center is offering outstanding opportunities for board eligible/certified gastroenterologists.
- Compensation: three-year guarantee of $625,000 plus wRVU productivity
- We also provide excellent benefits, paid malpractice, and a flexible work schedule that includes 7 weeks off and manageable call.
- The collegial practice features 7 gastroenterologists, supported by a team of experienced advanced providers.
- The health system serves a growing patient population of 750,000 in eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio. With a vast network of primary care providers, and referrals from 20 area hospitals, our gastroenterologists enjoy a vibrant practice.
**Other program highlights:**
- GI physicians perform colonoscopy, EGD, EUS and ERCP (diagnostic and interventional), endoscopic resection, balloon enteroscopy, esophageal ablation and capsule endoscopy.
- Two opportunities: the Kentucky position features manageable call (1:7), while the Ohio position has an option for NO call.
- Surging referrals have advanced the construction of a new stand-alone endoscopy facility on our Kentucky campus.

- The incoming physicians will earn guarantees of $500,000 plus productivity based on wRVUs and quality/customer bonuses. The group also provides excellent benefits, paid malpractice, six weeks of vacation and a week of for CME (plus $5k), along with a flexible work schedule and manageable call.
