COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Gastroenterology (GI)

• Salary: $650K fully negotiable base first year
• Partnership track: Year 1 (practice and surgical center.)
• Paid: Malpractice, licensing fees, medical society dues
• Health: Paid with long term disability.
• PTO: 4 weeks + all paid holidays (Year 1 then accrues)
• CME: 10 days per year
• Education repayment: Through hospital
• Profit Sharing
• No revenue sharing.

• After hours (1:4-1:5 shared)
• Clinic Day: 20 PPD / Surgical Center Day: 17 PPD

• Our local hospital foundation offers the option for education repayment.
• The salary we pay is simple and straightforward - the agreed-upon amount divided monthly with no sub-components to the compensation.
• independent private practice - No revenue sharing with private equity companies, hospital system, or anyone else. We control our own operations, and value physician autonomy.

• Physicians are welcome to live in Ft. Collins or anywhere within 45 miles of the hospital.
• Reasonable lake living availability - NO STATE TAX!
• Proximity to Ft. Collins, CO, and Denver - 90 minutes. No geographical restrictions.
• Visit Little America Resort located in Cheyenne
• Plenty of summer activities, and 90 minutes from Denver for more entertainment~
