Locum Source Staffing is working with a medical center in northern Arizona that is looking for a locum Gastroenterologist starting 04/08/2022. The facility is 2 hours and 15 minutes from Phoenix, AZ.
Locum Source Staffing will provide malpractice insurance, travel, and housing.
The great thing about Arizona is that they participate in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. If qualified, you could obtain an Arizona license in a matter of a few weeks.

Dates needed:
- April 8(7am)-April 25 (7am)
- May 8(7am)-May 23(7am)
- June 14(7am)-July 1 (7am)
- July 8(7am)-August 1(7am) 7am-3pm
Schedule: Day (8 Hours) 7:00 a.m. - 15:00 p.m.
Setting: major regional hospital and level I trauma center
- inpatient coverage
- Knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, and the ideal candidate would do ERCP
- COVID vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- EMR: Cerner - training will be provided remote for 4 hours prior to the first day
