- A successful practice is hiring in Pueblo, Colorado
- This group manages several Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Primary Care Physicians (PCP) can apply for this role
- Providers travel to a couple sites per day (never more than 4)
- The group is offering the highest compensation in the market for SNF work
- $250,000 base and potential to earn $300,000
- Very minimal overnight call coverage
- 20 days of PTO
- $3,600 per year towards your health insurance (3 plans to choose from)
- 401k with 3% match (max of $6,000)
