Medcare Staffing is seeking locum tenens coverage in Ahoskie, NC for a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician to help pick up shifts in the Emergency Department. Candidates will need to come in the day before for orientation. Minimum 2 years Emergency Medicine experience.
Coverage Needed: (730pm-730am)
Dec. 26 pm shift _urgent
Jan. 5,22,29,30 pm shift
March 5,6,19,20,25,26 pm shift
- ED has 15 total beds
- Total inpatient census: 22,250 per year
- Average number of Patients/Day: 65
- Vidant Air and Vidant Ground Support to immediately transfer patients
- EPIC
- Will accept IM physicians and FM physicians with emergency experience
- BLS, ACLS, ATLS required
