Requirements: State license and Vaccination , BC, WA DEA, BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
Open Dates: Asap -ongoing
Desired Schedule: 5 days a week- M-F, 0800am- 0500pm. Not to exceed over 40 hours a week (can discuss this with Site Director)
Worksite Setting: Clinic Only
Scope of Work:
Mostly see adults but there are children- newborn to 18 years old as well
Try to keep it to 10 patients in the am clinic, and 10 patients in the pm clinic
5 days a week- M-F, 0800am- 0500pm
If can find someone to take OB/ Newborn call at KVH (would be ideal- needs to be Family Medicine Physician with experience)
