- Collaborate with Directors of Nursing & Behavioral Health to support the team in delivering effective, safe, and patient-centered care
- Primary Care Physician – 100% Clinical
- Preventative and Primary Care
- Diverse patient panel
- Monday through Friday, 8-5
- Call: Phone Call Only, triaged by answering service
- Full support staff: MAs, RNs, Phlebotomists & LabCorp onsite
