-Clinics: 3 in the metro area (we will find which is closes to you)

-Duration: Now open and on-going (up to 12 months, per your availability)

-Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8a-5p (flexible 3-5 days per week)

-No call, no weekends

-Patients: All ages, per your comfort level

-Scope: 100% outpatient, walk-ins and scheduled patients

-Charting: Centricity EMR and Nurse scribes

-Support staff: Other physicians and NPs

-Affiliations: Northwestern University

-Required: Board certified or Board eligible, Illinois license
