Location: Hampton Roads, VA
Start Date and Length of Assignment:
- ASAP-Ongoing (Mon-Fri - 8am-5pm)
- Full-time locum assignment – 3 month w/ option to extend!
Job details:
- Outpatient community health center FQHC
- Typical cases: Primary care, acute episodic, and chronic care
- Patient volume: 16-24
- Ages: All Ages
- EMR: Eclinical Works
- Support Staff: Multiple providers, Advanced Practice Providers, LPN, MA
- Credentialing: 3-4 Weeks
- Require: Board certified/eligible, BLS, DEA
