Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule/Shifts:
- ASAP-Ongoing (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) w/ occasional weekend call
- Will accept 3-5 days per week
- 3 month locum tenens assignment w/ option to extend
Job Details:
- Outpatient Community Health Center – FQHC
- Typical cases: Acute care (Colds, coughs, flus), Pain Management, Chronic Care, & Wellness/Preventative Care, Occupational medicine
- Additional duties: Mid-level supervision; Bilingual Spanish required
- Patient Volume: 16-20
- All Ages seen
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: NP, 2 MA, Front Desk, Practice Manager
- Credentialing: 30 days
- Require: Board certified, NC license, DEA, CPR, Bilingual Spanish
