Outpatient, Primary care locum tenens opportunity in Oregon

-Duration: August – December (potential for extension or conversion to permanent)

3 Options for:

-Long term locums assignment next 6-12 months

-Short term locums 3-6 months

-or locum tenens to permanent.

3 Location Options:

-Location option 1: Heppner, OR (3 hours east of Portland)

-Location option 2: Irrigon, OR (30 minutes from Kennewick, WA)

-Location option 3: Dalles, OR (80 miles east of Portland, OR)

-Schedule: 4-5 day work week

-Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 or 10 hour days

-Scope: outpatient primary care

-Volume: 12-14 patients per day

-Age range: per your comfort level

-EMR: Centric by HealthPlan

-Hospital: Level IV trauma center, 21

-Required: Board certified or board eligible with Oregon license
