Family Practice Physician (NO IM)
- Schedule: both locations are M/W/F from 8-5 PM and T/TH from 8-6:30 PM
- Starting ASAP
- Credentialing takes about 4 weeks so targeting around July 10th for a start
- BC/BE
- Must see all ages
- 18-21 patients/day
- EMR is NextGen
