- Start date end of June or July 6th
- 1:7 telephonic call
- 4 day work week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8a – 5P with the possibility of evening hours in the future (until 8p) (5 day work week can be negotiated)
- There are two Physicians, 1 NP (leaving July 2nd for opportunity in VT), and 1 PA (on maternity leave end-April – end-July) who is a 0.75FTE. One of the Physicians is our Outpatient Medical Director
- Licensure/certification required: NH license preferred, DEA, BC ABFM
- Patients: Adults and Adolescents. Roughly 16 patients per day.
- Cases: Sick & Well visits, follow ups, physicals, in office mole removals, and minor lacerations.
- EMR: Allscripts
