A family medicine physician leadership opportunity is available in Minnesota with a multispecialty group due to succession planning. This is a position with inpatient and outpatient duties. There will be roughly 8 days of clinic spread over 3 weeks, and half-time Hospitalists work 1, 7 on shift per month. Hospitalists will cover the ICU with consultative intensivist support. Candidates can be board certified or board eligible in family medicine or internal medicine.

This employed position offers a competitive compensation with RVU bonus in place. You will also receive malpractice insurance, a sign-on bonus, medical benefits, student loan repayment, 6 weeks of PTO, life insurance/disability, CME, a retirement plan, and relocation assistance.
