Job Description
Large community health facility is seeking a Family Practice physician to join their growing healthcare organization. They are located one hour from downtown Chicago. Office is comprised of family medicine, pediatrics, OB/Gyn, Psychiatry and an excellent supportive ancillary staff. Very congenial group with nice, modern offices.
They offer a flexible schedule with allowed time for Admin duties
5 8hr days or 4 10hr days
Only one 1/2 day on Saturday once a month which you will have time off during the week
Call by phone only 1:7 very light
Salary $225,000
Out patient only
Reasonable patient volume
Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
3 weeks paid vacation
11 paid holidays

1 week CME plus $2,000
