Specialties accepted: Family Medicine Physician, Internal Medicine Physician, Urgent Care Physician
Location: Philadelphia, PA (4 locations)
Start Date/Schedule:
- April-Ongoing Mon-Fri (8:30am-5pm)
- Will accept 3 days/week (10 hr. shifts) or 4-5 days/week (8 hr. shifts)
- 3 month locum assignment w/ option to extend or perm
Job Details:
- Outpatient FQHC Community Health Clinic
- Typical cases: Primary, acute, & chronic care for underserved population
- Average 15-25 patient/day
- Adults only
- EMR: NextGen
- Multiple MD/DO, NP, RN, MA, Office Staff
- Credentialing: 4-6 weeks
- Require: Board Certified/eligible, PA License, DEA, Medicare/Medicaid enrollment
