Client seeks a Family Practice Physician for contract assignment from May 24-August 20 at their onsite Corporate Health clinic near Asheboro, NC. Provider will see employees and their dependents ages 2 and up for Primary Care and acute episodic care issues. Clinic handles some Occupational Medicine surveillance for employees such as DOT exams, respiratory clearance including PFTs and occasionally a Workers Comp evaluation, and clinic does not manage OSHA reporting. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Clinic has on-site lab and pharmacy dispensing closet. No COVID testing is done on site, and no patients with COVID symptoms are seen at the clinic; they are screened prior to visit and are scheduled as telephone encounters. Clinic is currently running as 50/50 in person and telephone encounters and is averaging 12-16 patients per day. Staffing model is 1 provider, 1 RN, and 2 MAs. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience to qualify for this assignment. Possible locums to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
