Cross Country Locums seeks several Family Practice Physicians for Clinical coverage at several locations in Ohio
Board Certification is required, for this Family Medicine coverage.
Monday - Friday 8a-5p (3 to 6 mo) with extension and LT or Perm option)
* 3 locations
* Must see patients of all ages and have experience with MAT patients ( medication assisted treatment/ Suboxone)
* Prefer Suboxone Certification but not required Scope of medicine - 15 - 20 patients per 8 hr shift.
* Active OH Med license and OH DEA. Certification w Suboxone required
Hourly rate / commute to clinics / Instate Physicians
Credentialing will take 2 to 3 weeks, start after cred approval
