Growing independent hospital located in southwest Wisconsin is
currently seeking an experienced BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their team.
Opportunity
- The Physician will service an area of approximately 17K from three neighboring communities
- 20-22 average patients per day in clinic. Patient load will be a balance of children and adults
- Clinic hours 9-5 pm
- Hospital employed position
Package Highlights:
- Sign-on Bonus of $ 50,000 amortized over five years
- Strong retirement plan funded via the State of Wisconsin
- Four clinic days per week
- Clinic hours M-F 8:30 -5 PM
