- Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician
- 100% Outpatient
- Censuses: 18-24 Patients per day
- Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
- APP Supervision Required
- Current Group Size: 2 MDs & 1 APP
- EPIC EMR
