A thriving community health center is seeking a mission-minded Primary Care Provider to join a growing, established practice to see patients of all ages & work along side the current Medical Director who plans to retire in 3-4 years! The incoming physician will enjoy a Monday - Friday 8-4:30 schedule, a team atmosphere & direct mentor-ship from the current Medical Director. The ideal candidate is BC/BE Family Medicine MD/DO with a minimum of 5 years' experience interested in a non-profit directorship, rural living & quality patient outcome focus!
