- Base Salary $250,000
- Relocation Assistance up to $5,000

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine ( FM )
- FQHC Family Medicine - Outpatient Only
- Schedule 8-5 Mon - Thurs, Friday 8-12:30
- Call 1:10-12 Blocks of a Week at a Time
- EMR: Athena
- Ramp up to Seeing 18 - 20 Patients Per Day
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine ( FM )
- Open to Board Certified and Board Eligible
- MD/ DO Accepted
- Comfortable seeing 80% Adults and 20% Under 18 Years Old.
