Cross Country Locums is seeking a full-time (40 hours /week) FM/IM physician in Louisville, KY . Coverage Dates: 20 Jul 2020 to 30 Oct 2020 - Days - Mon, Wed: 9a-6p 20 Jul 2020 to 30 Oct 2020 - Days - Tues, Thu, Fri; 7a-4p. This position will also look at Locums to perm or long term locum.

JOB DETAILS:

  • Physician to start pending credentialing.
  • 40 hours work week.
  • Will accept IM or FM.
  • Will also look at Locums to perm or long term locum while they recruit for perm.
  • Clinic is open to employees and spouses – no children at this time
  • Employee population is 80% male
  • Provider will be cross-trained in Occupational Medicine
