Healthcare group is seeking a full-time, Family Medicine Physician for a primary care group practice seeing patients of all ages (no newborn rounding). The practice is situated in the town of Windsor, CT, about 10 minutes north of Hartford. (06095)
The ideal candidate will possess:
~A passion for providing patient-centered, primary care, focused on quality, prevention and education to patients of all ages
~A willingness to work closely and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team including behavioral health professionals
~Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license
~BC/BE Family Medicine
Position details:
~Full-time, weekday schedule (choose 4 or 4.5 weekdays per week)
~Outpatient only, no newborn rounding
~No weekends
~RARE phone-call
~Clinical support staff includes a highly trained M.A., RN team and an on-site behavioral health professional
