Details: Provides direct patient care to patients. Prescribes or administers treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury. Provides oversight of delivery of medical care at the assigned clinic with the support of the Clinical Manager and Executive clinical team. Serves as a mentor and manages the resolution of practice related problems at assigned Clinic. Provides professional oversight for any advanced practice nurses assigned at clinical location of practice. Serves in rotation for after-hours call system.

Credentials: Clear and active Florida Medical License. DEA license. Board certified within 2 years of completion of residency in Family Medicine. DEA License. Minimum 3 years' experience as a practicing physician; experience in a primary health care environment, community health center or FQHC preferred. Current BLS from the AHA. Proficient in Electronic Medical Records. Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills.
