**Medical Director opening in Arizona** * Located in ***Casa Grande, AZ*** - 45m from Phoenix * Full time, permanent * Not-for-profit organization * Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician to serve as a Medical Director * ***Bilingual Preferred*** * Demonstrated competencies in dealing with all age groups including neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients * 5-10 Years experience in medicine, preferably in a group setting * Experience in developing Medical Quality assurance Programs * Completion of 2 Year Residency * Completion of annual CME requirements * AZ State License * The Medical Director aids the Chief Medical Officer by providing clinical leadership and providing health care services to patients. * They will promote excellence in customer service and strive to maintain cutting edge culture by maintaining consistent, timely commination regarding all facets of departmental activities with his/her co-workers at all levels. * They will also assist in the development, implantation and utilization of clinical quality assurance policies and procedures while ensuring Joint Commission compliance. * Schedule is M-F 8-5 3 Days/wk. Administrative Role, 2 Days/wk.
