- The Medical Director aids the Chief Medical Officer by providing clinical leadership and providing health care services to patients.
- They will promote excellence in customer service and strive to maintain cutting edge culture by maintaining consistent, timely commination regarding all facets of departmental activities with his/her co-workers at all levels.
- They will also assist in the development, implantation and utilization of clinical quality assurance policies and procedures while ensuring Joint Commission compliance.
