- BC / BE Family Medicine Physician
- Hospital-employed group practice
- About twenty office visit patients a day
- Base salary plus productivity bonuses
- 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days)
- CME/Books & Journals: 5 days and up to $5000
- 457 plan and 403b plan with employer match up to 2%
- Moving expenses
