The Primary Care Provider will lead a collaborative and comprehensive healthcare care team. You will have the opportunity to provide quality focused care managing up to 16 patients per day.
Schedule: Monday - Friday/ 9a-6p
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
· Board Certified in IM or FM
· Valid DEA
· Must have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
