Job Description

Our client is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their clinic in Cherokee County, Oklahoma. The primary focus of the Family Medicine Physician is to provide complete care to patients in the community.

This Cherokee County town where everyone knows each other and is a part of their community. A quick drive drive takes you to Sequoyah State Park and Fort Gibson Lake for outdoor adventures. You are only a one-hour drive to Tulsa, and 2.5 hours to Ozark National Forest going east or 2.5 hours to Oklahoma City going west.


Details:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Perform physical exams
  • Order diagnostic tests
  • Implement therapeutic treatment measures
  • Average 15 - 20 patients per day
  • Supervise Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant
  • Outpatient only

Qualifications

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible with Certification within one year
  • Valid Oklahoma medical license or ability to obtain licensure
  • H1B/J1 visas accepted
