DESCRIPTION: These are outpatient clinics for company employees and their families. We have long-term needs as well as PRN needs that open up frequently. The patient population is employees and their families, ages 2 and up. Will consider Internal Medicine doctors if experienced/comfortable w/age 2+. If you can pick up any of these shifts, please call.

Goodyear, AZ: DEA and AZ dispensing license req'd.

REQUIREMENTS:

AZ State License; active, unrestricted
AZ Dispensing License
DEA required
BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
3 years’ experience
