An urgent care facility in South Carolina is seeking for a family practice physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately one month beginning in late May with a high chance of extension. On a typical day, the locum tenens physician can expect to see between twenty-five and twenty-eight patients of all ages for a variety of cases: Bread and butter FP, diabetes and hypertension. Provider needs to prescribe controlled substances and pain medication. NO suturing. The locum will work between two and four days per week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (12 hour shifts). No coverage needed on Mondays. This facility uses Paper Charts.
