Approximate contract dates are May—Aug or Sept. 2019, with the possibility of extension. Any state license honored!

Outpatient Clinic FP, Monday-Friday: 8am- 5pm

Board Certified FP or Board Eligible FP or recent residency grad

Ability to see 14 – 16 patients per day

Unrestricted DEA with Schedule II – V
