**Family Medicine opening in Montana**
* Located in ***Shelby, MT*** - 230 miles from Calgary Canada & 300 miles from Billings, MT!
* Full-time, permanent positions
* Full FP , clinic, ER rotation, inpatient, and nursing home services
* Required work days in clinic year 1- 205, year 2- 200, year 3 -195 days
* No more than 1:4 call rotation at max
* Starting Salary: $220,000
* Excellent Benefits Package
* Paid malpractice and tail insurance
* Paid CME $2500 per year
* Paid state, DEA, one board, MMLP fees
* Retirement matching up to 3%
