Locum Family Medicine Physician Need in Indiana
- Coverage Need: April 15 - July 15, 2019
- Monday - Friday 7am-4pm
- Call rotation (already predetermined)
- 5/6, 5/22, 6/11, 6/21-6/23, and 6/27
- BC or BE within 5 years of Residency
- Average 20 patients seen per day
- EMR: Epic
- Should have experience with chronic care and managing patients with several co-morbidities
- Will be required to assist with in-basket support (request, refills, etc)
- Industry leading compensation
