Academic - Family Medicine position in KY
Located in Madisonville
Full-time; permanent
BC/BE Family Practice opportunities available in Western KY. Located within a short drive of metro Nashville, TN. Practice opportunities are available for traditional with inpatient or outpatient only.
Academic affiliation, satellite locations and large, 410-bed hospital, 8 locations and a 6 county service area completes this integrated health system. Full Clinic facilities /Urgent Care Center/ Sports Med. Center / Radiology and Lab on site Timeframe : upon licensure Our Residency Program has been established since 1971.
The practice is 100% faculty position with 80% of the time spent teaching/precepting residents while the other 20% in your own practice. We have 4 faculty members currently and seeking a 5th. Our residency program is fully ACGME accredited with 18 residents ( 6-6-6) program. In addition, We have 5 primary care clinics and 2 of them will also be adding more Family Medicine physicians. Yours can be an outpatient practice or traditional with inpatient opportunities.
This would be an employed position with very competitive compensation and attractive benefits.
