Family Practice Physician needed beginning February 20 and ongoing at a Corporate Health Center near West Palm Beach, FL. Provider will be seeing employees and dependents ages 2+ for sick visits, minor injuries, physicals, & chronic disease management. Clinic hours will start on a part-time schedule with Wednesday 3-7pm, Thursday 8am-5pm, & Friday 10am-7pm through February 28; beginning March 1-April 7 hours will change to Wednesday/Friday 10am-7pm & Thursday 8am-5pm, & beginning April 8 the schedule moves to full-time with hours of Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10am-7pm & Tuesday/Thursday 8am-5pm. This need is ongoing until the client hires a permanent provider for this clinic.
