Job Description

The primary focus of the Family Medicine Physician is to provide quality primary, preventative, and behavioral health services to patients of all ages.

Details:

• Permanent, full-time position
• 35-40 hours per week
• One Saturday per month, one late night per week
• Medium sized practice
• Call coverage shared with other providers
• Work with other skilled caregivers in a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Active Board Certification in Family Medicine
