Location: Chicago area, suburb. 30 Western suburb, close to Naperville and less than 1 hour to downtown Chicago.

Large provider of social services and community health in Illinois has an opening for an outpatient family medicine physician. This practice provides primary care, pediatrics, OB/GYN, dental and psychiatric services. Fully staffed including Nurse Practitioners. They have a modern office on the hospital campus. Very cohesive dedicated providers that cater to an underserved patient population. This is an employed opportunity which offers the following

Monday -Friday 9am - 5pm with one 1/2 day Saturday per month.

They will also consider a 4 day work week. Each provider works ONE 1/2 day Saturday per month and hours adjusted during the week.

No inpatient. Telephone call only every 8 weeks for one (1) week after 5pm. Call is light. Very nice offices located on hospital campus. Congenial colleagues and staff. Excellent support staff.

They offer a competitive Salary, Malpractice insurance with tail coverage, Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Retirement plan, CME allowance with $3,000 yearly, 80 hours PTO, 5 personal days. 3 weeks paid vacation per year.
