Traditional Family Medicine practice. Call is 2-3 times per month. 4 1/2 day work week. Hospital is adjacent to clinic and comprised of 4 ICU beds, 4 OR rooms, and 12 ED exam rooms.. In FM they are given the opportunity to deliver own patients first. When the patient shows up on labor and delivery, the nurses will page the FM physician first and If they are unavailable then it goes to the on-call provider. .
