We are looking for a Locum FP Physician for our client in Altoona, PA. Please see the details below and let me know if you are interested.

Details:

• Assignment: October 1 – December 31, 2018; strong possibility for work into 2019.
• Office only, no hospital rounding; No Call
• Monday – Friday: 8 hours per day: 8:30 AM – 5 PM.
• Because the physician will only work in the office, hospital credentialing will not be necessary.
• Currently PA licensed physicians only.
• Board certified in family practice/family medicine only.
• Patient ages: adults and children (age 8 and older)
• 40 hours per week; possibly divided in Altoona office and Tyrone office (offices 20 minutes apart).
• Patients seen by physician per day: 18 – 22.
• APP coverage in the office.
• EMR: EpicCare. EMR orientation: September 21, 2018 for coverage to begin October 1.
• Experienced office staff.
• Preference for a PA physician.
• Preference is for one physician for the entire assignment; at the most 2.
• Physician with at least 3 years’ experience required.
• Client will pay travel and lodging.

Pay is $105/Hour with Malpractice Covered.
