Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a team of two physicians and two advanced practice providers in a rural community south of Lafayette.
- Traditional hours: Monday – Friday, 8A to 5P
- Average volume: 18 – 22 patients/day
- Call Schedule 1:5
- Five most common diagnosis
- Child and adult wellness visits
- Chronic Back pain
- Diabetes
- Hypertension
- Heart failure
