Family Medicine Physician
Out patient only
A leading organization provider of Social Services and Medical Services with offices throughout Illinois is seeking to add several Family Practice physicians to provide outpatient health care services.
Currently seeking a bi-lingual, Spanish speaking Family Practice physician for Chicago.
They are located close to the Pilsen area and metro downtown.
Flexible schedule of (5) 8hr shifts or (4) 10hr shifts
one evening until 7pm and two Saturday 1/2 days for a total of 40hr work week. (Time off during the week when working a Saturday)
Admin time allotted
Reasonable patient volume
Very cohesive work environment. Highly regarded health center. Mission driven and seeking providers with similar interests.
Fully staffed with primary care physicians, OB/Gyn, Psychiatry, FNP, Nurse Manager
They offer a salary and full benefits package:
Relocation assistance available
Student Loan repayment NHSC (HPSA score 21)
Paid leave, paid sick days
3 weeks vacation
Health insurance, dental, vision, short and long term disability and life insurance
5 CME days plus $2,000 reimbursement
Sign on bonus $5,000
Salary: $185-$210k
