You will provide direction, oversight and reviews for the clinical staff, in addition to developing policies, improving quality, providing strategic planning, and more. In this hands-on role, you will split your time 50/50 between leadership responsibilities and delivering excellent outpatient primary care in Lincoln, a picturesque town of several thousand just 45 minutes north of Bangor Maines third largest city. Assume a panel with patients of all ages, supported by an expert clinical and office team, practicing in the main office a beautiful 28,000 square foot healthcare complex with modern features, up-to-date technology, fully integrated EMR, and on-site radiology/lab.
Lincoln is a friendly town at the base of the Maine Highlands. Famous as the Home of 13 Lakes, this hub community draws people for the commerce, the waterways, and hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails.
