Join busy group of Family Medicine physicians with an established volume, replacing a physician who is retiring after 30+ years in the practice. The clinic is located in a bedroom community of South Bend, Indiana under two hours from downtown Chicago, Illinois.
Opportunity Details:
* Join two other Physicians and a Nurse Practitioner in a close-knit community
* Four-day clinic week offers a flexible schedule
* Seamless ramp-up period seeing 20-30 patients per day depending on your preference
* Flexibility in regard to scope of practice - Option to include Obstetrics in practice and/or round on inpatients
Compensation & Benefits:
* Earn above the MGMA median with earning potential beyond the 75th%tile
* HSPA designated area offering full student loan repayment ($30K for every two years of employment)
* Sign-on bonus, relocation stipend, loan forgiveness and more
* Comprehensive benefits package including $5,000 toward relocation
