45-60 Minutes Southwest of Rochester

• Family Medicine locum physician needed asap ongoing
• Prefer full time/long term but will consider 2-3 weeks per month ongoing
• M-F, 8a-5p
• Outpatient care setting, management of chronic conditions along with acute care needs and medication refills
• Average number of patient encounters per shift: 15-20
• Call Ratio: 1:8, Average number of phone consults: 3-4, Average number of admission: 1
• When on call, Family Medicine supports Pediatrics/Internal Medicine. Most providers maintain a regular clinic schedule when on call as the number of calls during the clinic day are normal
• Patient mix: 18+, primarily an older demographic community
• Procedures Required: None
• NP-Pa’s work collaboratively with physicians
• Adult inpatient care provided by 24/7 Hospitalist Service
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP required
• EMR is Epic
• ABFM
