Clinic system in Northern Arizona needs Family Practice coverage for 2-4 months with an option to extend.

~Multiple Northern Arizona locations
~$100 – $110 / hr depending on experience and travel/housing expenses
~18 – 22 PPD
~Mon – Fri (8 am – 5 pm)
~A (4) 10 schedule may be possible
~AZ license required
~Travel, housing, and malpractice provided
